China-SCO Technology Transfer Center headquartered in Qingdao, China, was founded with the approval of President Xi Jinping, and prepared under the guidance of the SCO Secretariat as well as with great support from the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other Ministries.
We have also set up Beijing, Shanghai, and Jiangyin collaboration centers to realize local enterprises cluster and cooperation better. Most importantly, overseas branch offices in London, St. Petersburg, Astana, and Tashkent have been established and we are making continuous dialogues and communications with twenty other countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative” and planning more branch offices soon landed in Saudi Arabia, France, South Africa, Egypt, and Pakistan, etc.
In this way, a new dynamic cooperation mechanism of “Headquarters one-stop service + Collaborate centers localization services” has been formed and landed, which has generated more energy and efficiency in interacting with international trade and investment areas.
